Another day, another hair transformation for Ciara. A few days after sporting an edgy mullet haircut at New York Fashion Week, on Sept. 19, she unveiled a pumpkin-cream hair color on her Instagram. Styled into a deep side part and loose waves, Ciara’s new look is likely a wig worn to promote her new single with Summer Walker, “Better Thangs.” “Where’s my twin at??:)” she captioned the photo, alongside the hashtag #BetterThangs. The singer, who recently launched her own skin-care line, OAM Skin, also wore shimmery orange eye makeup to match.
Walker, on the other hand, also showed off a new hair color with the same hashtag, wearing a bright-green shade in her latest Instagram. The two are seemingly sharing glimpses from their upcoming collaboration. While we’re certainly expecting some great music, it looks like we can anticipate some striking beauty moments as well.
Though this is the first time Ciara has rocked orange hair, she’s gotten pretty close in the past. Last May, the LITA by Ciara founder debuted a rusty, deep-red hue on Instagram, and in October 2021, she shared photos of a beautiful pumpkin-spice hair color.
